Comprehensive Orthodontist Consultation
Dr. Mariah Pewarski will perform a thorough orthodontic evaluation, discussing all aspects of your treatment directly with you and your family.
What Will We Determine at Your First Visit?
During your initial exam, we will answer these key questions:
Is there an orthodontic issue that needs attention?
When is the best time to begin treatment?
What type of treatment is recommended?
How long will the treatment process take?

What Happens After Your Initial Exam?
If orthodontic treatment is necessary, we will schedule an appointment for Diagnostic Records, which may be taken during your first visit if time permits.
To create a personalized treatment plan, we collect:
Study models of your teeth.
Panoramic and cephalometric X-rays for a full-mouth view.
Detailed analysis to determine the best course of treatment.
Understanding Treatment Costs
The cost of orthodontic treatment depends on the complexity of your case. Our treatment coordinator will provide a breakdown of fees and available payment options during your initial visit. We strive to make orthodontic care affordable and offer flexible payment plans to fit your budget.
What’s Included in Your Orthodontic Investment?
Your treatment investment covers:
Orthodontic records: X-rays, study models, and growth assessments.
Comprehensive treatment: Braces or Invisalign, appliances, in-office visits, and all necessary procedures.
Durable appliances: Designed to last your full treatment period when proper care instructions are followed.
Final retainers: One set of retainers for Phase II patients upon treatment completion. Additional retainers are available for a replacement fee.
What’s Not Included?
Your treatment investment does not cover:
Dental procedures performed by outside providers.
Treatment adjustments due to injury or unforeseen complications, such as TMJ issues or jaw surgery.
Insurance and Payment Assistance
We accept the assignment of benefits from most insurance plans, significantly reducing your out-of-pocket costs. If we do not accept direct assignment, we will gladly assist in filing claims for reimbursement. Should your insurance policy change during treatment, please inform us promptly to adjust your contract.
